Stroller Workout for Moms

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute full-body workout designed for moms—with your kiddo right there in the stroller. Each class combines strength training, cardio, and core work, giving you a well-rounded workout that meets you wherever you are in your motherhood journey. We also keep little ones engaged and happy with songs, bubbles, scarves, and interactive play, so you can focus on moving, breathing, and feeling your strongest.

STRIDES 360®

Strides 360® is a 60-minute high-intensity workout focused on cardio, endurance, and strength building. Join with or without a stroller and leave feeling energized and powerful.

Mom-Only Workout Program

BODY WELL

Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.

BODY IGNITE®

Body Ignite® is a mom-only strength class held on Friday mornings via virtual. This weighted workout focuses on slow, controlled movements to build muscle and increase strength with minimal cardio so you can truly focus on form and power.
